Favorite way to interact with the community?

I’m very hand-on and love to interact with customers. Nothing makes me happier than when I can find something they have been looking for; the smile says it all. My favorite charity we have raised money for is the Children’s Home Society of Martinsburg.

When did you start working at Smoker Friendly and what is your favorite part of the job?

I’ve been in these stores for 10 years but with Smoker Friends, four years. I love it. My favorite part of the job is making my customers smile even if I’m singing and dancing in the aisles (been known to happen).

Tell me something special about your store.

We decorate for the holidays, and I have a specialized Bourbon section where you can find hard to get items.

Tell me some of the things that make you, you!

I love Ancient Egypt and studied a lot about it. I wanted to be an Egyptologist. I have plans to go there.

My husband was diagnosed with cancer in the middle of 2020 but my job has been the one thing that keeps me going sometimes. If you are lucky you will catch me singing & danging, I try to stay positive always. I am an animal lover. I raise chickens, and have to Cockatoos: Lugo who is about 35 and Cuddles who is 25 years old.
